  4. When Steve Bye sold F1 Licenceware, the guy who bought it (can't remember
  5. his name) decided he was going to review the F1 catalogue, and delete the
  6. rubbish.  As far as I can remember, he also wanted people to change the F1
  7. address in their programs.  People usually included the original address in
  8. the form of an IFF that loaded before the game started, supplied by F1.
  9.  
  10. We (well, I) thought that this would be a neat opportunity to re-mix "The
  11. Experiment", adding new rooms, new music, that kind of thing.  So I re-did
  12. the guide to look more like a HTML document.  It was not to be, though.  The
  13. new owner never asked us to re-do it.  Fortunately, he deemed it good enough
  14. to keep.

  18. You can modify and distribute the source code, but not an unmodified
  19. version.  That can only be distributed by F1 and my website.
